Summer is heating up and so is our menu! We are adding several new dishes to our lunch, dinner and brunch menus as the summer season approaches.
Boca, a scratch kitchen that often takes a fresh and seasonal approach to classic dishes, rolled out a new menu on May 24th.
Our lunch menu features new additions including the Broken Salmon Salad, the Pimento Cheese BLT, and a new taco, the Braised Short Rib Tacos, topped with pickled cabbage, cilantro, and avocado aioli, served with a side of street corn. On our dinner menu, we have added the Ginger Encrusted Salmon and Mojo Brined Pork Chop, while introducing a new recipe for the Bronzed Sea Scallops, served with black truffle scented peas, butter leaks, and a bourbon butter sauce.
For Brunch, we introduced several new Brunch Favorites, including the Bacon and Spinach Omelet, Steak and Eggs, and the Madagascar Vanilla Pancake Stack. A few new starters, including the Boca Bruschetta and Crispy Calamari, appear across multiple menus.
In addition to our food menus, we have revised both our beverage and Happy Hour menus. Our beverage menu offers three new craft cocktails, the Hibiscus Martini, Bourbon Berry Smash and Pineapple Coconut Mojito, as well as a revised wine list. Our Happy Hour menu now offers $7 select appetizers, $5 draft craft beers, $6 wines by the glass, $6 Tito’s Vodka, and $3 off craft cocktails.
